Telehealth Visit Patient Instructions

Hot Springs Health Program uses Zoom for our telehealth visits. The easiest way for you to connect to your provider for your visit is to use MyChart, either on your mobile device MyChart app, or at this LINK. If you are using your computer, please be sure it has a camera and microphone.

If you don’t have MyChart, you can still participate in a telehealth visit. The provider will text or email you a link that will take you to the Zoom Telehealth Meeting.

You can download the MyChart App on your phone by searching simply searching for “MyChart” in the Apple App store or in Google Play. When you first log in to the app, you will need to choose OCHIN as your health organization, as that is who provides us with our MyChart service.
